"This hotel fit our group well."

The living area gave us space to sit together and plan our days. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully arranged. Elevators took a little longer during busy hours, but staff helped keep things organized.

"Fine but"

Hotel needs dramatic make over as it is very tired. Mold in shower not properly equipped with dishes for meals we wanted to eat in room being breakfast and lunch.

The hotel was pretty clean, the room was nice, and the pool was also nice.

I paid for an ocean view room and the room they gave me was supposed to be an ocean view but I couldn’t see any of the ocean from the room. When I told them they said there was no more room available and didn’t do anything to fix the problem.
