Great room l was in Noisy other guests until late night

The hotel is tired and needs some TLC. The room was comfortable. The shower wasn't working so I had to endure someone who had no idea checking the hot water in the sink for n electric shower and going through all the switches and dials I had already gone through. Eventually they gave me another bathroom to use which they had cleaned but not made up the bedroom. That was OK but then I got stuck in the bathroom because the door stuck in the frame. As a result I was late for my appointment and didn't get a coffee!! Not impressed.

Good overall but room above the kitchen so the sound of pumps/motors all night could be challenging if you're a light sleeper. However there are other rooms away from the Kitchen. Lots of stairs so not good if stairs are a challenge

The hotel is clearly being constantly upgraded and was very clean. My room was very small and the bathroom was exceptionally small. A large person would simply not be able to sit down on the toilet as there was only about 2 inches between the wall on one side and the shower on the other. Room was serviced for my second night and toiletries refreshed. Breakfast was a bit his and miss eg no tea available on first day, but improved on the second day. Overall it was ok for the money but nothing to shout about. I didn't take dinner or drink at the bar becuase there was zero atmosphere.

Staff friendly and helpful. One night stay. Clean and comfortable.

Did not have room we booked available, the room door handle was broken and kept falling off, the toilet was stained and the seat did not fit, mouldy shower cubicle, carpets were filthy, heard every voice and the floorboards were severely noisy, the bedding was very thin including the pillows, and the toilet roll holder was nearly falling off. But on the bright side the hair dryer worked. Checked out a day early.

Nice place for the money, clean and compact. Shower gel etc left in bathroom, 3 bottles of water and tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable bed. Only moan hairdryer not working but other than that great value for money

Shame they don't give discount to residents on food that they clearly state in listing i I was refused and heard another person refused ..Also grill bar not open while I stayedDno

Fantastic place and amazing food. Highly recommend this place for the Malaysian menu. Cooked to perfection.

Breakfast choice limited and food was tired, cold hard croissants and danish pastries, honey that had crystallised and Luke warm coffee
