職員の対応がよかった。何より夕食も朝食を満足度の高いものでした。また無料のスイーツやアルコールサービスなどありました。

施設も綺麗で、食事も良かったのですが、唯一トイレだけ、何の飾りもありません。もう少し花をおくとか、 扉の下の掃除が行き届いてなかった。たまたまかもしれません

Onsen tax should not be charged to guests who have not used the facilities.

Location and hotel is compact. Dinner set is quite good.

The aircon is off during spring and ventilation is poor. When window is opened it has a sulphur smell.

The location is very close to Futami Suspension Bridge and Jozankei Futami Park. The hotel is just next to river. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere here is very calming and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and all have the view of the gorge. The lower level, the closer to the river and can hear the water running sound when opening the windows. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. We are briefed in English during check-in about the "snack and drink activities" provided by the hotel. English details information handout also provided to ensure that the visitors are understand the schedule when the snack and drinks are taking place. We purchased the half board package; which comes with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is Japanese set meal with petit buffet; the dinner is Japanese Kaiseki style set meals, you can purchase your choice of drinks to pair with the meal (optional). Highly recommended to take the half board option for those who loved Japanese cuisine; and the drinks option for those who enjoy champagne, wines, and sake. We enjoyed our stay very much.

버스정류장과 편의점이 매우 가깝다. 라운지에서 제공되는 간식이 시간마다 바껴서 재밌었다. 덕분에 방에 들어갈 일이 별로 없었음.. 가이세키요리는 이탈리안 퓨전이라고 해서 정통가이세키보다 맛있게 먹었다. 돌아가는 송영버스에서 직원분들 모두 나와서 인사해줘서 감동

노천탕이 꽤 개방적이라 반대편에서 보일것 같았다. 물론 보이게 만들지는 않았겠지만..

十分欣賞休息室照顧了不同人的需要，例如下午時間會有甜品，晚上有啤酒任喝，宵夜會有雪糕或小食，所以我看到那個共用空間很受歡迎，有多人在休息/聊天。住宿晚餐10分豐富，也很美味。地點很方便，旁邊就是溪邊，景色很美。
