Also, please inform the hotel in advance if you have booked 2 or more rooms and your group wishes to have dinner at the same time. By bus: Take the bus bound for either Jozankei or Hoheikyo-onsen from Sapporo Station's Bus Terminal 12. Get off at Jozankei Jinja Mae bus stop, about 80 minutes from Sapporo Station. Kappa Liner express bus is also available from the station. The property is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. By car: Drive for about 60 minutes towards Nakayama-toge from Sapporo City.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.

The bedding was excellent, and everything else was great as well.

However, there were very few staff members who could speak English during conversations, and the food was slightly below expectations. Although there was a wide variety of options, the taste wasn’t particularly outstanding considering the quality of the ingredients, which was disappointing.

値段が高いだけあって、サービスも料理もおいしかったです。

洗面所の化粧水、乳液などのボトルが汚れてたので、洗って使用した。 トイレのウォシュレットノズルの汚れも気になりました。

"The shuttle bus service from Sapporo Station was incredibly convenient. This luxury hotel has a beautiful and warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I especially loved the breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I will definitely be back when I have the chance!"

거의 두시간마다 호텔에서 이벤트 및 무료 다과, 와인 등을 준비해줬음. 조식, 석식시 오픈된 공간이 아니라 프라이빗 한 공간에서 식사를 할 수 있어서 좋았음.

야외 노천탕이 생각했던 것 만큼 크기가 크진 않아서 살짝 아쉬웠는데 나쁘진 않았음.

"Best relaxing stay in Jozankei."

Hotel was beautiful, located on a side of the valley overlooking another hotel. The half-boarding option was great! A lot of snacks provided during the stay at the lounge. Even free beer from 1700-1800hrs. Plenty of convenient stores within walking distance. Our second time back. Fantastic.
