To eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at time of booking. Also, please inform the hotel in advance if you have booked 2 or more rooms and your group wishes to have dinner at the same time. Please note that requests on the day of arrival will not be accepted. Breakfast is served until 08:30. After this time, meals will not be served and no refund will be given. Please note the hotel does not provide free transport shuttles. Please note that adult rates are applicable to children 7 years and older. Please contact the property for more details. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. By bus: Take the bus bound for either Jozankei or Hoheikyo-onsen from Sapporo Station's Bus Terminal 12. Get off at Jozankei Jinja Mae bus stop, about 80 minutes from Sapporo Station. Kappa Liner express bus is also available from the station. The property is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. By car: Drive for about 60 minutes towards Nakayama-toge from Sapporo City.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.
