We were so impressed and disappointed we only booked for one night. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to help you. Spotlessly clean (no cigarette smells). The breakfast was amazing and there was such a selection to choose from. The room exceeded our expectations. A great walking distance to the pandas.

We wish we had stayed longer.

Property stayed free shuttle - didn’t exist, outdoor pool was a splash pool that was in a poor state of repair. Great for the wedding market but for tourists best find somewhere more central

Сетевой отель, но очень уставший. Номера большие, но мебель уже потёртая. Отель ориентирован на китайский туристов, но в ресторане можно найти блюда европейской кухни. Персонал ресепшена плохо говорит на английском. Отель находится на окраине города и до центра 30-35 минут на такси. Главное преимущество отеля- он в 5-7 минутах езды от парка-заповедника панд!!! Если Вы именно приехали в Чэнду смотреть панд - рекомендую!

Грязный (растительный мусор и песок с берега) внешний бассейн со стоячей водой. Полотенца надо брать из номера.

Struttura nuova e ben curata. Siamo arrivati alle 22:30 e nonostante questo ci hanno portato il servizio in camera , ottimo.
