Beautiful hotel, excellent location, breakfast choice - amazing, staff - very friendly, room - fantastic

In the hotel information guide it mentioned that currency could be changed at the front desk only, however when we asked to do this it was not available and we had to go to the bank which was an ordeal.

This hotel needs serious renovations, and perhaps being more accommodating to foreigners would make your hotel more attractive

It’s close to panda base and is clean

I thought the location is within a park, but it’s among many buildings within a park, it gets about 1/3 of the grass. Umbrellas require a deposit, which not even other 3 star hotels requires.

A very pleasant stay . The hotel was well placed for going to the Panda research Park. The rooms were comfortable and clean . Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a big choice to choose from. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It was about a 30-40 minute Taxi drive into Chengdu city , manly due to traffic as it is not really that far , and 10-15 min from the Panda Park . We could see the Panda Park from our Hotel bedroom. There are quite a few shops about 5 min walk from the hotel .

Asked for room on lower floor...Got 16th floor. No longer running bus to Panda Reserve for guests.

Beautiful hotel and room, with a comfy bed and impressive views.

There is no lobby bar as advertised. Aircon ineffective, room was too hot. Information provided in the book is incorrect, such as restaurant opening times, facilities available. There is no shuttle bus to the panda area as advertised. The location is close to the panda area but nothing else is nearby. Chengdu is 45 mins away; metro is 10 mins drive away.
