Comfortable and spacious room & bathroom. Great facilities & nice personalised touch re breakfast options (order night before and the chef will create for you at your desired time)

It's a tiny bit out of the way (need a car to go into town etc) however this was no issue for us whatsoever. Free and easy parking available at the lodge.

"Luxury with stunning views"

Wow we absolutely loved the hidden lodge. It was so comfortable with a spacious room, unbelievable views of the mountains and lake. It was amazing to watch the snow fall on the peaks across the river from the hot tub. The room had the biggest bed we have ever seen! Breakfast was great and hosts were lovely. Lots of snacks, tea and coffee provided in the room. The hosts kindly provided a bottle of bubbly upon our engagement.

"We looked for the perfect place to start our honeymoon and we found it"

Where do you start?! Wendy and David made us feel so welcome and from the very beginning this incredible home was just a step above anywhere else we've stayed. The scenery and views from the house are just staggering. The location slightly outside of town yet serviced by bus was just perfect - it was nice and quiet except for the birds. The breakfasts were exceptional with a great selection of made-to-order items. Wendy and David were so organised, knowledgeable and full of great ideas to help us get the most out of our stay - they even have Bee Cards to help us get the bus in & out of town. We stayed in the Wha suite which was spacious and cosy with lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hot tub experience was amazing overlooking the mountains. We just couldn't have found a more perfect place to start our honeymoon. Thanks again Wendy and Dave.

Nothing at all could be improved.
