"Hidden luxury away from the busyness"

David and Wendy were amazing hosts, and very accommodating for someone like me who was travelling solo. The views from the lodge were stunning, breakfast delicious and bed very comfortable. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

We had a wonderful time. Wendy and David were very kind and taught us a lot about New Zealand. The hotel facilities had a lovely atmosphere, and the starry sky we saw from the hot tub at night was the best hotel experience I've ever had. David's breakfast was also delicious, and I can't wait to see Coco again...

Beautiful scenery, view of the lake and mountains from your room. Staff were excellent, Wendy and David were very welcoming and attentive. Free breakfast each morning was awesome. The hot tub was great, but included in the price of the room.

The stay was amazing as was the hosts David and Wendy. The room was very spacious and very homely, views were fantastic and Breakfast was delightful. The host went above and beyond to look after us!

The hospitality and constant guidance in regard to fun and exciting activities around Queenstown were absolutely second to none, really felt like I was back at home in my own house with my family. Wendy and David were by far the best hosts that my partner and I have ever encountered, as we do a lot of travelling we always meet a variety of people and naturally talk about our experience together and all we could say was how lovely the experience really was all round amazing place to stay.
