Great quiet stay. I will definitely return.

Customer service rep were great! but they had bed bugs! i had terrible stay and got marks all over my body! i had to go to doctor as i had itching all over my body!

Accommodating and friendly

The room I had stayed in was not clean, their dust everywhere and looked like nothing had been cleaned in a few months . Not to mention it smelled really bad .

On arrival we waited 5 minutes outside in the cold for someone to answer the door. After he checked us in he wanted me, my husband and four children to wait another 30-45mins because he had put someone in our room!!!!! I declined against waiting as a room should already be ready, and EMPTY for the people who actually reserved it!!! This resulted in us not being able to get a room anywhere(hockey tournament happening this is why we were down there) We ended up driving 2.5hours back home after a long travel down. TERRIBLE!!!!!

Friendly staff person.The room was not at all like shown in picture with furniture in disrepair, bed had one sheet and thin blanket, and the room was cold. The door did not lock (found out in morning). The shower was reversed with hot and cold, tub was not appealing with paint splatters. People revving engines and noisy most of the night. Check out was easy - just dropped off key in box.

Very old, smells, rock hard bed, 2 pillows in one old stained case because they are so flat.

The rate was reasonable and the room was sufficient.

The bed was not too good.
