Hillcrest Motel

I am not mad at this motel. You pay for what you get. I am mad at myself being so cheap to myself. The staff is friendly but this place is horrible. The towels are not clean and things are out dated. Not clean. We sanitized the room ourselves and thank God we brought our own bed sheet. The worse thing is, we can literally hear what people next door were DOING not even saying. It is too hard to fall sleep when people next door are having adult fun.

It was a clean bed, quiet surroundings, fridge was good, the price was fair.

Gentleman at the desk was pleasant. Room was dated, which was expected for the price, but dirty. Expected a queen bed but it was a double. It seems more of a party motel. Will never stay again.

First room no hot water in the sink . The tv didnt work and no towels. When asked got one set of towels for 2 people. Gave us another room much better but the ceiling fan needed cleaning and carpet needed vaccumm and cleaned. Ask for more towels and got a hand towel. Needed to shovel the snowbank away from the outside door had to step though it.

Got the price, I can’t complain. Under renovations but didn’t hear any noise at all Owner was very friendly and very helpful. Good guy 😉

The was a good view. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, there were no towels provided and in a 5 day stay not even the garbages were emptied. Including the full bags all out through the hallway at the motel. There were holes in the doors, water damage stains down the walls, unfinished drywall, the bathroom vanity was rotting apart...not sure I need to go on.

Bed was super uncomfortable, room was pretty clean and service was wonderful!

The people were nice, the room had not been cleaned from before, you could clearly see the indents where others had laid on the beds. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet seat was grungy. We did not complete our stay.

Everything about this property was great, the room was clean and quiet, location was great, easy to get onto highway, and eating areas etc. The staff was wonderful and very helpful also. We are very happy about our stay and would like to come back to stay again.
