The location is magnificent, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the garden is lovely

The bed is too small for two big people, the food is disappointing, the coffee should be served at prison, the toilet was dripping

El sitio es precioso y el edificio principal muy bonito, parece de película. El césped, las flores, la vegetación... todo está muy cuidado. También nos gustó el desayuno.

El hotel consta de un edificio principal, muy bonito y varios edificios separados. A nosotros nos tocó en el edificio de la granja. No me gustó la habitación en la que estuvimos, estaba muy descuidada. La moqueta estaba llena de manchas, la tapicería de las sillas igual, daba un poco de grima y no nos hizo sentir cómodos, además olía a humedad. El baño era espacioso y tenía ducha adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida pero había bichos. En fin, fue una decepción porque el sitio debería ser para disfrutarlo.

The hotel is tired and needs a refit whilst still retaining it's character.

The food is excellent and I think pretty good value for money. The service was good as well

The room was not good. We stayed in the annex "The Grange". The room was an adequate size but the shower room was far too small. The basin was the smallest I have ever seen and the lavatory did not flush as well as it should have. I have been in bigger bathrooms in a Travelodge. It is pretty obvious that the owners are concentrating on the wedding market and know that most guests who would be staying opver after a wedding are not going to be as worried about such things, having enjoyed the wedding, perhaps a little too much.

Dining was good but a little on expensive side compared to similar accommodation in the region.

Beautiful old house, great staff! Gorgeous food.

Bedroom was quite small.
