Very nice pool, and lot of trees around the property, room is quite big, spacious, breakfast next to the pool inside very cool

No standing shower in my room, the floor is slippery, easy to slip n fall….

It's an absolutely gem of a hotel. Was actually speechless on my arrival. Gardens are spectacular. It feels if one is staying in a well-kept tropical forest, with wooden villas. The swimming is massive and kept clean. Rooms are massive with absolute privacy. Highly recommended.

The location was good, but the service was so bad.

Stayed at a VIP lodge three nights. Spacy and cozy room with a separate living room. Seems like in the forest. Fresh air and shades under tropical trees and leaves. Streams floowing around the lodges.

nice resort with good ambience. quite big resort that you can stroll peacefully with great landscape. not far from town. near to the night market and near to Angkor Wat too. Nice and big pool too. near to airport too

Well, if you are looking for a 5 stars experience…. FORGET THIS PLACE. Arriving at 22:00.. the hotel reception was closed. We call and they send us to a provisional reception beside swimming pool. The room was not the one chosen. Humidity inside very high. Tv, safe box not working. And no services. No swimming pool, bars closed, no dinner and the breakfast was a Joke. Just 7 local dishes. See the picture. It seems that the hotel is partially closed with just 20 customers. And they had reduced all services. But nobody told us and we still paying for 5 stars hotel.

I visited herein December 2019 and stayed for 11 nights in one of the poolside villas. I have to say, the room was amazing, the pool area was fantastic and I had the most wonderful time. After traipsing around Angkor Wat all day, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and serene setting for a decent rest. I've recommended this resort to nearly all my friends since my return and I can't wait to go back there one day. Across the road from the resort there is a shop and two cafes, so you don't even have to go far for a cup of coffee or some local cuisine. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I loved it.

I have visited Siem Reap on Water Festival and Check in this hotel (Room 212) and first day air conditioner is going to happened, Normally only housekeeping know everything about room before ask customer to check in but i don't know what kind of service of this hotel that ask customer to check in with terrible air conditioner? So they don't test before ask customer to check in or what?

Stayed at this little gem for 2 weeks. Such a shame no tourist visiting. The villas are large and set out as though it is a little village. The pool is large unlike some hotels in Siem Reap. The breakfast has a good selection. Unfortunately due to no tourists the hotel had to close most of the restaurants and had to finish staff. This is such a shame as the staff can not do enough for you. Thanks to everyone who helped us to return and book in again due to the cancellation of our flight, I do hope the tourists return soon as its such a shame to miss out on a good hotel and beautiful country.
