Beautiful character property , all amenities were excellent. The room was very well prepared and presented.

The location we stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon 1990.we had a brilliant stay.

This time we had a room that was knot worth the moneyyou could not turn around in a a very very small bathroom shower.But after the first night after no sleep I spoke to reception and she sorted it out.to a room so completely different to the other I carnt remember how much I paid £375 ISH it was very disappointing for a treat for my husband and

Visited The Lamb for lunch over the Xmas/NY period. Very pretty establishment. Very much your quintessential Cotswold pub. It was oddly quiet when we visited for lunch so we were surprised that we had to ask for menus, ask if we could have a pre-lunch drink and to ask for knives and forks and S&P (both after food had already been served). Food was served haphazardly so we ate at different times and some of us were missing items from our order. Portion sizes were small, prices high and quality mediocre. The burger at £22 was as basic a burger as you will ever find in a premium Cotswold eatery - definitely won’t be making it onto your Instagram. When the bill came we were charged for items we hadn’t asked for or received. All in all a bit disappointing considering the promise of the pub’s standing and its look and feel. Perhaps it was an off day.

Breakfast incredible, perfect great choice. Bed was unbelievably comfortable and staff incredibly helpful and friendly!
