Macdonald La Ermita Resort

Excellent location with everything within walking distance. The apartment was first class with a georgeous balcony and views to die for.

Great 5 night stay at La Ermita. The complex is absolutely beautiful and the apartment was very large and in perfect condition. The whole atmosphere was calm and relaxed, there were always loungers available at the pools. The balcony was brilliant for sitting out on in the evenings and admiring the stunning views. We had a small problem with a window lock when we arrived. As soon as we told reception, they'd sent someone to fix it immediately. The only negative (which was HUGELY outweighed by the positives!) was that the shower was a bit sporadic and would go quite hot and cold. I would 100% recommend these apartments for someone looking for a fabulous, classy and chilled out holiday!

Fully equipped and comfortable. Lovely location with choice of two pools (one quiet and one for children). Staff on Reception friendly and helpful. Just as happy with second stay and will book again if return to Mijas.

We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with a view to die for! Breath taking to say the least and so tranquil, but a few minutes walk and we were in the beautiful white village of Mijas. Here there are lots of restaurants and quaint shops. We found two wonderful tapas bars, one called Oscars and the other for more substantial eating called the Lemon Tree. We had a wonderful time and could find no fault with our accommodation.

Outstanding accommodation, location and facilities. Sea view from balcony and also from most public terraces. Good food from the restaurant too.

Really helpful reception and lovely apartment with amazing views.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking and all balconies have the same vista.The place is immaculately clean and the staff very friendly.There are 3 lovely swimming pools and the beautiful village is only a very short walk from the complex.Loved the place and will definitely return soon.

2nd stay at La Ermita, just as good as we remembered it. Mijas Fiesta was taking place during our stay so a bit more noisy than usual (the 1am fireworks!) but this didnt distract from a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at this hotel was very relaxing. The apartment itself was immaculate with a beautiful sea view. The indoor pool area was tranquil offering spa facilities.
