Note that in order to get to the Puma Lodge, the hotel recommends using a 4x4 type of a vehicle, due to the stone gravel roads. In some parts of the road there are bigger stones with steep hills. -- LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Un muy buen panorama para cualquier fin de semana !!!"

La comida del restaurant memorable, la primera noche pedí la ternera y estaba increíble, y a la altura el acompañamiento. Al almuerzo del día siguiente comí el garrón de cordero y también estaba muy bueno. Mi señora comió los otros 2 platos de la carta, donde el filete estaba excelente, y la albacora un poco seca, pero al ser congelada se puede entender Y el sábado a la cena nos tenían parrilla, lo que permitió compartir con el chef, y con otros pasajeros, excelente panorama !!! El bar muy completo, con excelente happy hour, y el bartender de 1a calidad, felicitaciones !!! La piscina de buen tamaño, buena temperatura, ...falto un poco de limpieza La limpieza de la habitación bien, solo un detalle (las aguas con gas del frigobar estaban desgasificadas, debe haber sido por la fecha de expiración)

El desayuno, muy básico y con insumos de baja calidad para el nivel del Hotel. Deberían invertir en mejores productos (fiambres, quesos, yoghurt, cafe, variedad de frutas, etc) La ducha de buen tamaño, pero con flujo irregular y poca presión La vista de la habitación habría sido perfecta, ...sino hubiera sido por un vehículo que se estacionaban en nuestra ventana

Gran lugar, muy apartado, en medio de la cordillera. Buenas instalaciones en general

Para lo que ofrece el lodge, hay algunas caídas como una carta de vinos demasiado acotada o no tener pimienta de molinillo. Son detalles, pero para un lugar que ofrece excelencia, debiesen estar resueltos
