Telephone signal and similar networks are subject to weather conditions. Note that in order to get to the Puma Lodge, the hotel recommends using a 4x4 type of a vehicle, due to the stone gravel roads. In some parts of the road there are bigger stones with steep hills. -- LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is accessible by an unpaved road, which might not be suitable for some vehicles. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
