Note that in order to get to the Puma Lodge, the hotel recommends using a 4x4 type of a vehicle, due to the stone gravel roads. In some parts of the road there are bigger stones with steep hills. -- LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. El lugar es fantástico. La naturaleza se disfruta y se logra conectar. Es un excelente lugar para desconectarse y descansar un fin de semana. El bar es entretenido y la atención de "Luis" (barman) es fenomenal, muy muy dedicado y atento. Las instalaciones son bonitas y cómodas, aunque podrían necesitar algo de mantención.

La carta del restaurante es poco variada, cumple, pero podría ser más diversa. El SPA debe ser 100% un lugar para adultos y prohibido para niños mejores de 18 años. Nos tocó una familia grande justo este fin de semana y los niños rondaban por el SPA haciendo ruido, además de no corresponder ver a adultos en una zona de tranquilidad y circulando en bata.

Hay treckings con guias muy amables y experimentados. Las tinajas o hot tubs

El camino de acceso, los últimos kilómetros requieren un vehículo 4x4 de los buenos. Vi algunos jeeps que se quedaban en el camino. Es un tramo relativamente corto que podrían mejorar. Hace mucha falta una piscina temperada.

Me gustó la comida, la atención, el lugar, el buen trato y buena predisposición del personal. Hubo una pequeña filtración en el sifón del lavamanos del baño y lo arreglaron inmediatamente.

El acceso es difícil.

La verdad todo fue muy agradable, el personal muy preocupado siempre, las instalaciones super bien, todo limpio, un muy buen lugar para descansar y desconectarse.
