Hotel Qalasaya

La proximité avec le centre et que l’hébergement ait pris en compte mes attentes en me donnant des boules quies puisque j’avais demandé une chambre au calme.

Pas assez moderne et beaucoup de bruits (Mais j’ai le sommeil très léger)

Great staff very helpful and friendly. There was a mixup with reservation and they came up with an idea to make it right and I really appreciate it as I travel with a young child so it’s hard to change plans last minute.

Das Hotel war sauber und es gab eine Heizung im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Um 8 Uhr gab es einige Sachen am Frühstücksbuffet nicht mehr.

To take shower there was not enough hot water

Windows need improvement; could hear the noise from the streets (9th floor) Drivers in Puno are born with the fingers on the honk!!!! All night long!

We had the suite; it was very comfortable.

Hot water seemed to run out after two person shower, making it hard to use the jacuzzi included in the room. Room originally beautifully done but then repair workmanship was shoddy.

Front desk attendant (Hyvere???) was amazing. Room was not too clean and very old. The elevator was out of service for 2 full days which was very difficult. Breakfast was cold and not many options.
