Ottima posizione centralissimo, servizio buono, ci hanno prenotato il taxi e dato la colazione a portar via perchè era molto presto. stanza grande e bel bagno

freddina la stanza, piccola stufa che non bastava, abbiamo chiesto una borsa dell'acqua calda per la notte non ci hanno saputo soddisfare

This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk. Still, overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Gabriela’s kindness and exceptional service more than made up for these shortcomings.

"Breve soggiorno a Puno"

Stanza grande ed accogliente, letto comodo e colazione varia ed abbondante. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nella camera è presente una stufetta e molto spazio comodo per riporre borse e giacche. Doccia con acqua calda perfettamente funzionante.

L’hotel da su una via principale e non avendo doppi vetri il rumore della strada era molto forte.
