We found this farm looking for accommodation in Hotels.com and we couldn’t be happier. The room was spotless and warm. We had dinner at their restaurant and tried their ice-cream. Everything was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very super duper cute and lovely. Loved all the animals and cow vibe. Also had a very friendly dog to play with. Great spot.

Loved everything about this place. Rustic feel to the rooms, high pressure shower, great service. The hosts family was having dinner while I was which also gave the place a very warm feeling atmosphere.

I loved the farm ambience of the hotel as well as the cows and calves. We did however specifically book this hotel for the hot tub. Upon arriving at our room we checked and the hot tub was empty. We spoke to the people at the desk and they agreed to fill it and said since it was geothermal it would take at least 3 hours. Needless to say it was only 1/2 full before we retired for the evening so no hot tub. Upon Expedia contacting them they refused to do anything in lieu of. Other hotels had even upgraded and added a discount simply because there was difficulty getting access to our room. Felt the treatment was a little poor . Would advise checking ahead to make sure there is actually water in the hot tub. Also surprised to see horse on the menu.

This was my favorite place in Iceland so far. The ice cream is amazing. The staff is great, the place was warm and comfortable.

We loved our stay here! We had a traditional room, and it was very comfortable and cute. The staff was very kind, and they were a huge help in arranging to have a bottle of Prosecco in our room for our anniversary. The restaurant and ice cream were great too! They serve tasty, quality food. The location was a great place to stay after visiting Thingvellier national park, and to carry on to visit Geysir and Gullfoss the next day. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through the Golden Circle and who wants a comfortable place to stay with a great meal!

We had a wonderful night's stay in a room with it's own bathroom, which after camping through Iceland for 10 days was a luxury. They could use new pillows and towels, but other than that we loved our stay. You are a guest on a working ranch, we loved the property. We even saw the northern lights from our room! The food in the upstairs restaurant was delicious and fresh, we had the lamb dish and steak salad. Both the upstairs and downstairs Restaurants there are windows to watch the cows eat, definitely entertaining and fun.
