Climbing stairs from reception to room is very difficult every time. Secondly, walk to room is too long and path is stone laid which is painful.

Staff very friendly but a lack of English meant it was difficult. For example, we had no plug in the hand basin in the bathroom so asked for one but they did not understand. We had to resort to taking a photo of the basin but still did not get a plug!
