Fantastic view, a real sea view! Kathy was really friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit hard for our taste, but probably suits others. Not a massive deal.

A very comfortable and quiet room in a good location right by the sea. Lots to do and see close by.A friendly and welcoming host added to our enjoyment.

Host friendly, room clean and warm. slightly dated. Excellent views.

Very small ensuite.Shower cubicle a challenge to get in and out of.

Bathroom too cramped, nowhere to put toiletries. Shower doors annoyingly on a spring which made it difficult to get in and out of shower. Landing light left on all night which shined into bedroom.

The room was bright and kept very clean, with and an excellent window view. Kath was very helpful and gave us ideas where to visit.

Pity it wasn't a bed and breakfast the only thing missing from the break.

Friendly landlady, View from room straight over Newbiggin beach over the bay. Small room but just for me and reflected in cost. Ideal. A great find.
