Friendly staff, great food and great location

An amazing weekend away experience characterised by excellent customer service and awesome breakfasts. The furnishings and fittings, including the artefacts, are amazing, and indicative of the detailed interior design!

Great stay overall, and great value for the price. Location was excellent. The room was nice. Breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Had a lovely stay, and would like to stay there again. Beautiful view and very conveniently situated. Everything was perfectly clean and excellent breakfast. Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel. Plenty and safe on site parking. People with mobility issues just need to check that they are on ground floor as there are stairs to negotiate. Lovely in-room amenities, appreciated the espresso maker and quality toiletries

Very noisy pool area close to rooms, badly laid out dining area that breakfast table blocked entrance to hotel rooms.

Awesome and clean room and bathroom with nice bedding and linen. Towels can be better. Breakfast not what we expected for such a nice hotel.

A great stay with the best breakfast we ever had at a Hotel. service was great. only negative was the quality of the TV and the food at dinner. steak was killed and I were wrong in not sending it back. will see the Turbine again.

Very unique, with lots of history that’s been turned in to a beautiful boutique hotel on the island, beautiful room, lovely staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Great spot for exploring the Knysna area. Nice bars and restaurant just a stroll away.
