No breakfast. Why was restaurant closed?

No parking. I am handicapped and had to walk up and down the hill.

The hotel had an excellent location.

Internet wasnt working, pool was closed, ice machine didn't exist, room was dirty, bed uncomfortable. Was threatened extra charges for room damage, when the room was already in poor shape, carpet dirty, but if we spill something we will be charged 200 for the carpet, etc.

Clean, the hostess was nice

We had no internet, could not watch TV

Ice machine didn't work, A/C did not cool , wi fi didn't work, elevator quit working the day we left

Perfect location but the amenities did not meet expectations in any way. We were greeted very tersely and signed for the keys and when I asked where the pool was she told me that it was under repair. Because I reserved the room at this hotel all on-line I said I tried to call but she said the phone lines at the hotel were down and that they were working on that. I wanted to make sure everything on the website was accurate but I couldn't verify that because of the downed phone line. The website said that a continental breakfast was provided but the restaurant was closed all three days that we were there. The elevator was also inoperable and the shower nozzle was broken. Sorry, but not a lot of upside from my vantage point.

Make sure your website is up to date. If the pool was down and the elevator was broken and the restaurant was closed just so say before we pay and book a room.

The mattress was either very old or of such poor quality that it was sunken in the middle and very easily compressed. It was impossible to get a comfortable night's sleep.
