The Customer service was great

The smell of the hotel is like sewage, the bed is old and very stiff. It was rusty and dingy. In room AC does not work great.

So disappointed. Several friends had visited in previous years and highly recommend. We books a named room. When we checked in was not available. Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. There was a chirping fire alarm that we told them about that went off our entire stay! Room didn’t have a phone so we had to go up and down the stairs. Ice bucket had no liner and had to ask about that. Staff often stepped away from the front desk for extended time. Tried to call the numbers listed on the door and paper given when we checked in and they did not work. The pool was bone dry! The bar/ lounge was open sporadically. We stayed 2 nights. Our original room had a broken air unit, temp in room was 79, sleeping was almost unbearable. We would have opened the window but no screens and bats fly around outside so we weren’t going to take a chance. When we complained they said we didn’t know how to work the remote. When we went back in the afternoon we said the room was so hot and we couldn’t take it. She said oh I thought that was fixed. They did move us around the corner to a different room. Thankfully we couldn’t hear the fire alarm in this room. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway is extremely dirty and worn. The walls have something that looked like blood splattered on them. Something to note and a major part of Bisbee- there is limited close parking! They do have several lots but it’s a few blocks away. For all the hype of it being a luxury boutique hotel it doesn’t come close to my description of that. No way I can imagine any of the celebrities they tell you stay there do so in its current state. The property is in dire need of some help! I highly recommend staying somewhere else!

Everything was wonderful. We did our research so we new what to expect when we arrived.

we liked the location it was close to shops and restaurants, however most of the shops and restaurants were not open for breakfast. we asked the clerk at the desk where we could get breakfast, and she said we would have to drive a ways or wait until 11 am when the shops and restaurants opened. Copper Queen mine tour was ok, the Kartchner Caverns were great, i would not recommend staying at the Copper Queen Hotel.

first off, we were given a room 4 flights up and the elevator was not in service when we got to our room the window air conditioning unit was very loud, the lighting was very poor. the room did not have a microwave or fridge. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. the restaurant was very expensive $48 for short ribs the TV did not have local news unless we signed up for a service. front desk was friendly but did not help much with places to eat. every location they told us about we had already checked and was closed for the morning. downtown doesn't open up until 11 am for breakfast.
