The beds were okay but the bathrooms were old and need updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

Better pillows and update bathrooms. The bar was never open.

"Old Town Bisbee amazing and despite a few glitches we would stay at this hotel again."

Staff was excellent and the rooms were nicely decorated. The hotel is centrally located to Old Town Bisbee so perfect for experiencing that part of the city and the air conditioning worked well. We would stay there again but they do need to work on a few things.

They seem to have a history of a broken elevator and unfortunately that was the case during our stay. Staff was very willing to help people get things upstairs but people on the 4th floor probably weren't too happy. Not all rooms have ref
