Lots of deferred maintenance at the property. Shower/tub nob came off in my hand; elevator out of service; the restroom off the lobby had a sewer problem smell.

The location was central to Bisbee and the history was interesting.

The service was weak. Surly check-in. The room was OK but hampered by age. Torn wallpaper, nails sticking out of the wood flooring, bad wifi, too soft of a mattress. The food in the restaurant was average at best.

"It was okay - just a small room. Wasn't the worst or the best."

Great locations, close to everything. Bed sheets were clean. Has internet. Water was hot. Bisbee Coffee Co is a short walk away, good place for coffee, specialty drinks and more.

Elevator was broken, we were on the 3rd floor. It was a lot of steps. Pool was broken - not sure what was going on with that. Claw leg bath tub was dangerous, slippery. I think the restaurant was open, we saw a menu, but noone was eating there. Same with the bar. Generally it is run down, a shell of it's former self.
