Copper Queen Hotel

Did not stay there was a confusion in booking.

There was a confusion about the booking. Said we had a room then they didn’t had to book elsewhere

Elevator didn't work, shower was horrible, nowhere to hang your clothes as the small rack with coat hangers was directly above a lamp that you couldn't move so it was useless, shower gel and shampoo were just about empty, bartender in the restaurant like to talk forever which in turn took forever to get your change. Restaurant was closed and I was told they're not doing breakfast anymore because I had too many complaints about it. I wouldn't stay there again.

The location

No elevator, bed was hard as a rock, shower handle came off in my hand, old matches on the floor.

Location was great.

The staff not very helpful, the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant not open for breakfast or during the day, as stated online. The bar also not open during the day. Elevator broken. Had to lug all luggage up the stairs.

The staff was very. The interior needs to be freshened up. Very old carpeting. Fresh flowers on the tables.’ New coat of paint on walls .. even wallpaper would be lovely.
