Copper Queen Hotel

We went after seeing the video and supposed upgrades. It was the weekend of St. Patick's and we had two king rooms on the second floor. I moved the end table next to the bed to plug in my laptop, the corner was dense with cobwebs, and at least an inch or more of dust on the baseboards behind the head board. We tried to sleep at the foot of the bed with the bathroom window open for air. My asthma flared up due to the terrible housekeeping and just general filth and decrepit condition of the entire hotel. DO NOT STAY here!

I travel to Bisbee quite a bit for work and my company booked my room online and when I got there they insisted I give them my credit card and I told them you don't have permission to charge my credit card because you will get paid by the courthouse and of course they did for TWICE the amount that the county was charged!! So they charged both me and the county and now I have to dispute the charges through my bank which is a waste of time!! Shame on management for just wanting to get paid TWICE for this tiny room and they deserve to be called out on this!! Don't stay here!!

I loved that it was easy to find and located right on the main street. I also enjoyed the decor of the hotel and room was very nice.

I didnt like the ghost tour outside and inside of the hotel. I didnt know it was haunted and made sleeping there a little uncomfortable. There is also no parking for the hotel and you have to carry your luggage there.

I have stayed here for over 10 years. The hotel is worn and needs to be renovated.

Restaurant was closed along with saloon. Location is awesome.

No fan in bathroom. TV was complicated.

Best hotel in Bisbee.

The elevator didn't work. No big deal for me, but still an inconvenience since we were on the 3rd floor.

This hotel is a treasure that has fallen into disrepair. The elevator has been broken for a year. Maintenance on the property has clearly fallen behind, from the chips missing in the front steps, to the aging mattresses, dirty floors and lack of soap and shampoo in the rooms. The restaurant and bar are only open three days a week in one of Bisbee’s best locations. It’s sad to see.

It needs serious care and investment in restoring the beauty of this historic property. Perhaps the owners should seek investors or sell the hotel.
