Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Everything was good except our check-in experience. We arrived to the hotel at 6pm and our room wasn’t ready despite the hotel advertising that check-in time was at 3:00. The clerk took my wife’s number to text when the room was ready (he said 15-20 minutes). After 30 minutes, we had not heard anything so she went to check and talked to a different clerk and he said the room was ready but he didn’t see the number to text. Then our room key didn’t work and they put us in a different room. Confusing!

first time coming to the royal palm and it was exceptional all thanks to the beach crew. Jeffrey and brian were super accommodating and friendly. they made sure thru out the day i had everything i needed. food was great. definitely will be coming back hopefully in the near future

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite underwhelmed by the experience. The room felt old and outdated, and unfortunately, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to spend time inside. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in the room was completely inaccessible, which was a huge inconvenience since I had planned to store some snacks and drinks. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues soon.

Beautiful property. Room was nice. The true gem of this property are the pools and beach. Unlike some hotels in the area you don’t have to cross the road for the beach - it’s basically right on the property across the bike/walking path. Could not have loved our stay more . Everyone was so kind. The pool restaurant was delicious too. Will be back for sure

This is my 2nd time staying here and I have NEVER BEEN DISSATISFIED! I love it here!

The hotel was nice, but one elevator was out of service the whole week and the bathroom by the pool was always a mess.

The entire staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. We are definitely coming back after the renovations!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on the tail end of our Florida vacation. The location is great and I was able to use my Bonvoy points for the stay. The downside is that this hotel needed a renovation 5 years ago. Every wall was scuffed in the room and hallways; there were holes in the walls; the bedsheets were clean but had longtime stains in them; the lights in the room were barely standing up. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties and this has to be in the worst top 5.

Practicing yoga at the beach with Mona Lisa was an unforgettable experience. Her calming presence, expert guidance, and the sound of the waves created a truly magical and rejuvenating session. The gentle ocean breeze, warm sun, and her inspiring energy made every pose feel effortless and natural. Mona Lisa’s teaching style is both empowering and soothing, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. I left feeling completely refreshed, centered, and deeply connected to nature. I can't wait to join her for another session soon!
