Loved the hotel and it's retro vibe Food was excellent Service was excellent, no complaints! Sad to know it's closing for several months for renovations

I barely slept while staying there. The walls are made of paper and you hear everything happening in the hallway. Not muffled either, it’s like people are in the room with you. Every time a door opens or shuts, every conversation in the hallway, when the staff starts cleaning. No one was especially loud, it’s just terrible sound proofing (none). Facility is very clean, staff is kind and courteous. Building could use a bit of love.

A little disappointed as I thought this was a better rated hotel. The hallways are dirty and look very tired. We arrived at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready. The staff gave us a food credit which was very nice and we got our room but the bathroom smells very moldy. I was told the hotel is sold out and there is no other room for us until tomorrow. This is very disappointing as we have to sleep right next to the bathroom that is emanating a strong moldy smell.

The beach staff were incredible! Jeffrey and Harrison were very accommodating and welcoming, they took great care of us our whole stay! Great hospitality and professionalism. Front desk staff was also awesome. They upgraded our room upon arrival bc we called and said our flight got in a bit early. Location of the hotel is excellent. A few blocks from Mac’s Club Deuce. Short bike ride to Joe’s Crab and other great restaurants. Next door to Rao’s!

Absolutely loved our experience at this property. Staff was happy and helpful. It’s right next to the beach and walkable to amazing restaurants and bars. I would love to visit again.

Have been staying at this property for 17 years. This year’s stay was excellent until my last night. Very disappointed in the noise levels below my room. From the reception to the machine that was bellowing for a good hour or so to the people hollering out front. No insulation against sound at all. Time to move to a different location next year.

Had a wonderful day on the beach thanks to Jeffrey Q. The property here was beautiful, beach was super clean, they had many chairs available for us to choose from. The hospitality of Malu, Von, and Harryson setting up my bed, maintaining clean towels, and beach service was top notch. Thanks guys!
