Breakfast is good, with a wide range of food and abmience of breakfast is feels premium. Service have always been excellent form stant to end. Tried the room service, we found the food fresh and hot (but can be pricy).

In the private pool in our villa, there was one tile dislodged but did not cause much issues for us. Other than that, we would have preferred to have firmer pillow, but its a personal preference and not the fault of the place.

The various activities available and the breakfast! Plus the spacious living area and private pool. I would say in terms of facilities, amenities and activities, the resort is one of the best or the best in Batam.

Location. Far from everything.

Overall, experience was good. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and prompt in providing services. Space was large, and bed and pillow were comfortable. Great place to relax away from the city. And Batam is growing into a good getaway from Singapore.

Facilities. Very run down. Need to replace front door lock set, master bedroom lock set, master bathroom (shower floor trap choke), No intercom in the the bedrooms to communicate with the front door. Have to run up steps just to open door to servicing, etc. Food quality can be improved, especially during breakfast.

The pool and the sea view.

The rooms were clean but have a musky smell. The staff was polite and helpful. The buggies took a while to come, but it’s understandable. Checking in and out was efficient.

The aircon / aircon remote weren’t working well, the water pressure at the bathrooms were low. The hair dryer was quite weak.

We got an upgrade from Hillside 2 bedroom villa to Beachfront 2 bedroom villa & they have prepared a cake for my husband's birthday too. We are very satisfied with everything, the staff are all very helpful and service was prompt. I would recommend staying here.

The breakfast spread was so so but the taste was okay.
