Great staff, clean facilities, amazing experience. Had left a shirt in the room and already left Batam, but the support staff at the front desk were super accommodating, helpful and responsible - they helped ship my shirt back via ferry at no additional cost. Thank you Montigo!

We would like to thank the hotel for the free upgrade and the happy birthday nature decor and cake. It was really nice of them. We like the peace and tranquility of the resort and the staff. The buggy was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay at the resort

Was expecting resort style quality but the furniture and decor and condition of the villa were kind of chalet standard. Details were not considered hence it was like a Chalet with no style or quality decor for furnishings. Despite the big kitchen there was no cutlery and it would be nice to have a sundeck by the pool. Hence overall I have pulled down the ratings because of the standard. One sad thing we found was that the beach was really dirty full of thrash. It would have been wonderful if resort is taking care of the beach where is it usable rather then just to look at.
