Pensão Londres

I booked the room for the family trip back in May. One week before the trip, they sent me information about booking the airport transfer to the hotel. On the day of check-in, when we arrived, it turned out that the accommodation had been closed for more than a month. Nobody contacted us to inform us, and we were left stranded on the street. By the way, even if they renovate the facility, the place isn't nice and the building is horrible.

Very central Lot of steps to go down to center city

Amei o quarto e o café da manhã! 10/10

Minimal breakfast…no fruit but auto coffee machine made a decent cappuccino! Not worth the cost, little cafe/bakery next door way better spot.

Super fint værelse - vi havde opgraderet til et renoveret værelse, hvilket kan anbefales, da de øvrige ikke er i god stand. Belligenheden var fin - på toppen af en bakke - hvilket gav en fantastisk udsigt fra 5. sal. Rengøringen i morgenmads området og ved receptionen trak KRAFTIGT ned på vores samlede oplevelse af hotellet. Gulvtæppet var møgbeskidt, området ved kaffemaskinen var det samme, hvilket gav et meget uheldigt billede af et "snusket" hotel, hvilket er ærgerligt, for vores værelse var faktisk lækkert.

Staff was very helpful

Our room was very large and had a lovely view. I was a bit worried reading some of the negative reviews, but we had a lovely stay.

The AC was great! The bedding was also wonderful. The initial flight of stairs in the entry were challenging.

In my opinion, This hotel was great for the price. Its architecture is beautiful. It is like staying in old times. Its views from my room were really nice. Perfect location with walking distance to many activities, shops, restaurants, san Jorge castle and coffee shops. My room was very spacious with AC. and huge shower, little fridge and safe box. Its elevator gives a lot of character. On the other hand, the hotel has some stains throughout the common areas and it is noisy, but I guess the whole city is noisy. Breakfast is very simple, but has coffee bread, cheese, cereal, etc
