the rooms were big and clean.

the wifi in this hotel incredibly slow and didn’t reach all the rooms. we had a very bad experience at check-out. it took us 2 hours to check out because none of our cards were accepted - clearly because of a faulty card reader. we had to make two trips to different cash machines to be able to settle the bill without anyone at reception trying to help or proposing any solution. after we finally paid after 2 hours, we asked for an invoice which took another ten minutes at which point we had to leave to catch our plane and still didn’t get an invoice.

It is very outdated and the receptionist didn't tell us about the gym or the pool. Didnt even mention the wifi password. The place is dark, like even with the lights on.

Great hotel for a couple night stay in central San Pedro Sula for tourist purposes. Nice interior and even though just built in 2009, it has a very old school feel (real wood everywhere, etc...).

No recomiendo este hotel, instalaciones viejas, a/c en mal estado mueblería vieja, parqueo al otro lado del calle, ubicación en un lugar peligroso, pésima atención del personal, piscina sucia nadie la usa, no había soporte técnico para Reparacion del aire, t.v. Antiguos, la bañera mala los frigos malos. 0/10

El hotel necesita una puesta al día urgente en cuanto a estilo y mobiliario. Check in y check out rápidos y dando todas las facilidades. Servicio de restaurante escaso, apenas disponían de opciones del menú. Desayuno aceptable

Transportations was not great. Unfortunately couldn’t be picked up by the driver. However, great customer services very professional, breakfast was great and staff was very humble and respectful. I am planing to go back again. But with a different conditions to make sure have good communication with customer regarding Pick up and drop off customer. Specially in San Pedro Sula that is an busy city.

bad reception and old rooms

The staff at the front desk reception area were rude.

This is the third time that my medical mission team and I have stayed in Hotel Gran Mediterraneo for our last night in Honduras. It is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous, kind and helpful. The location was excellent and right in the center of the city, but we felt very safe and secure.

Internet service was terrible in the room. Was charged about $30.00 for laundry service for less than 10 articles of clothing (other hotel we used to stay at was a lot less to wash a whole load of clothes).They did provide us with a mini-fridge upon request.
