Me gustó q el sonido exterior no se mete a la habitación, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, tina para relajarse antes de dormir, el desayuno delicioso para escoger

Es un hotel hermoso, colonial, con una ubicación perfecta y una atención del personal insuperable. Que lástima que no esten subiendose las fotos porque estan muy descriptivas. El único punto en contra que yo daría es el olor de la habitación al momento de llegar, muy fuerte a humedad pero una vez que prendes el aire acondicionado ese se desaparece.

Beautiful hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet. My group and I were on our last night after our medical mission and we were grateful to have such a lovely place to stay.

At arrival the front desk gentleman made me feel like I just got into a charity shelter begging to stay there, I’ve never been so lowly treated anywhere in the world; this person should not be allowed near hotel guests; property was a 3/5; room was not clean, bathroom had not enough towels, NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE.

It was clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Breakfast fine. We were in the restaurant for supper, at 6:30 p.m. It took about an hour and a half, from the time we ordered, to get our meals (14 of us) and the meals were incomplete. They did give us a discount because of the errors. Everything else, other than supper, was fine.

Poor conditions, terrible food and awfully dirty. The facilities are falling apart. Food was the most awful experience.
