Hampton Inn Ottumwa

Good overall

In great location with other businesses nearby to restaurants, entertainment, and places of interest not far away. Establishment was clean including elevators and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would visit again.

Nice,clean, quiet hotel

The hotel and room were fine. Check in and check out was easy. Location was nice with a Hyvee grocery/pharmacy right next door. I would suggest someone make an effort for a nicer breakfast. It was pretty plain.

The manager in the afternoon, a young woman, was very helpful.

The bed, the facility was old and not maintained. The dining chair upholstery was cracked and worn and the "free" breakfast was the WORST! The waffles batter dispenser was plugged, the oatmeal was a one inch sea of query sludge, no yogurt, no fruit and the list goes on. I could hVe packed a toaster and stayed somewhere else for a lost less money!!! RIPOFF

The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy. Staff was nice and honest. I left my wedding ring that was very important to me since it was my Aunt and she has passed. The breakfast was also great.

I really can't think of anything.

Good hotel

The hotel was one of the better properties in the Ottumwa area. Rooms were clean and the stay was good.The staff were attentive. The hotel seemed empty, like because it was between Christmas and New Years Day
