The hotel can pick you up at the airport if required. Excellent front desk. restaurant has good food but the actual dining room is not great. Room service is good

Beautiful and tranquil hotel in the middle of a beautiful garden. Very peaceful!

I took my family there for a break from the city at the end of golden week. Everything was great. They arranged free pick up from the airport. I was a treat for my mother to be staying in a garden that was so well kept. The tea lady in the tea pavilion was so knowledgeable about the teas and was really pleasant to talk to after a long day walking the historic sites of the city. It was a retreat from a retreat. I wish I could find and experience more places like this in China.

I took my parents to Guilin at the end of October Holiday. The service at every point was wonderful. everyone that took care of us at the hotel was to nice. it better service than many western 5 star hotels. I especially like the gardens.

Great comfort as well as walking distance to town through their beautiful gardens enjoyed by the locals. Also arranged any tour we wanted (biking through countryside, river cruise, trip to rice paddies) with expert guide who is bi-lingual. SWimming pool!!!

We enjoyed our stay but here's something's we'd like to suggest Sink needed additional repair as flood of water every morning While food was good in restaurant the setting could have been enhanced with soft traditional music horrid hearing every bodies conversation. Not the best setting in this area If western food is offered at breakfast why not in the evening?? Staff on front desk need to learn some basic English. Surroundings ... Fab Hotel ... Fab

Hotel building and rooms were very nice and comfortable. Could not get the heat to turn on due to cool temperatures. Breakfast was very nice. Gardens, creeks and ponds were exceptional. Tea house had beautiful music, teas and culture.

Well-maintained hotel with comfortable and modern rooms. Lovely grounds and adjacent park/botanical gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Only down-side is the distance from the city centre, but it's only a 13 Yuan taxi ride away! And there is a large shopping centre less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
