An amazing cottage and gardens with beautiful old-world charm. We spent 3 nights cosied up with a wood fire and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and opportunity to relax and unwind.

Quiet. Age and history of the property.

Looked nothing like pictures on Booking.com I expected to see beautiful gardens. I understand , now,due to season things don’t look the same as they do in summer but I suspect that the pictures are quite old.

"A home away from home in an amazing location"

The property was. Wry clean, large and comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted in a lovely manner and an open log fire was burning in the apartment. Fresh bread had been Ade for our breakfast. Jam and eggs were supplied. As well as butter and milk. Tea and coffee. It was like a home away from home

There was nothing to dislike. I cannot rate this property highly enough

Everything - it’s in a beautiful garden setting, the fire was wonderful and the whole accommodation is great. Deb and Scott are excellent hosts. We’ve been coming back many times. Highly recommend Old Wesleydale
