Looked great on the app..great location & building

Room was not as pics when booked.room was not good.iron mark on thread bare carpet..furniture scratched and seen better days..no blind fitted & broken parts in drawers...couldn't block light out..bed felt like a 20yr old mattress..reported no blind but got a laugh as a reply with no care to offer change of room..all the above for £95...joke really.. had expensive fish and chips which came with hard peas and a passable meal

Staff were excellent, warm and informative welcome. Dinner (pizza) in restaurant was very good. The room was clean and had everything you could need. Great pillows.

Dining room could do with a splash of colour, pictures, plants? Room starting to look tired, tiles in bathroom literally falling off the wall! Skirting/door frames need re staining/ varnishing.

The staff were very nice, the main looked lovely and the location was convenient to the train station.

The room was small, tired, the carpet was stained, the lamps flickered, the room was too hot (not easily controlled), the television had ‘lights on the screen’ so it was clearly broken. The room did not reflect the photos online.

Beautiful location and building. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Creaky floorboards so noisey if moving around in the night - you couldn’t hear other rooms which was a plus though. Bed /pillow too soft - but that is personal choice and you can’t please all!
