The Moonraker Hotel

Excellent staff. The room was nice and warm, the facilities were very good and the bed was very comfy. There's a dressing table with a mirror and an electrical socket close to hand and very good lighting. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Food in the restaurant was excellent but I would advise pre booking. Free parking. I would definitely use this hotel again as reasonably priced and good location.

Cast iron bath definitely needs attention. The shower pressure is good but if you have it up too high the water is then luke warm. We were in a room in the courtyard and the outside light stays on all night and shines through the glass panel of the door. This isn't a problem for me but may be for some people.

Very comfortable room. Nice and warm. Good food. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking space.

Toilet roll holder needs attention - keeps dropping roll! Outside access to room with too many variable steps, inside and outside, although not easy to do much about it!

All very clean and comfortable. - Cold tap in bathroom sink didn't work properly but didn't give an issue or effect anything. Very comfort bed which is always teh main thing. Staff very helpful and polite.

Very interesting old building

Needs a good maintenance person to fix a number of issues in the room!

Not a great deal unfortunately

It is completely different to the photos and write up online… the lovely building on feature photo is not used… there are no senior staff at property only youngsters left do deal with everything unfair to them

Staff and restaurant service was good. Room was in an annex and was dated.
