Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the great location.
Room was a lovely size. Staff very helpful particularly with my disabled son. Was just a little warm in the room, but the staff did provide a fan which helped.
A good, economical stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not easy finding someone for check in and check out. I was blocked at the car park, so when hotel is full, there may not be enough parking for all guests. Very clean, but my room was a little tired. Overall a good stay.
Stayed here for 3 nights as we met up up with relations who live in Bury St Edmunds. Staff here were friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean & shower was fine. We had food one night and it was nice enough. Place needed a bit of updating. We paid £65 a night for room only so I would say it wasn't expensive.
relatives booked a room here and reported that the rooms were excellent value for money - £65 saturday night. we met them for dinner and the evening was lovely. Kim has done a good job with her team in making this a good place to stay or eat locally and we will use it often now. we booked a table for 9 and added to it at 30mins notice - no problem. the staff were all friendly and even though they had a big function on they still managed to be as attentive to us as we needed. the food is excellent value for money and the menu varied enough for our lot.
Great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good food. Thank you.
Went here for drinks, The staff were great, the service was excellent, Lots of room, toilets accessible without climbing lots of stairs, Would we return, yes for sure,a decent Weatherspoons, The food looked good,we didnāt eat here but wish we had as our meal out wasnāt great, see you next time we are in Norwich
A bit dated but clean, it is what I would expect at this price point. My only criticism is the low water pressure on the shower, but it was usable.
Showers are pitiful/ nearly useless Rooms are very dated and tired. All sorts of noise throughout the night.
The bed was absolutely awful the shower was basically none existent and was dripping all night long by far my worst ever hotel yet
Shower was new but problems with the plumbing in the build meant that it was usually cold. At times i had no running cold water at all. Checked out after 2 nights into a 4 night stay
