LK The Empress Pattaya

Awesome staff, great room, great breakfast, awesome location. Everything in the room worked as it should, Bed was fantastic….water was hot and a/c was cold. Room was large and everything was spotless. An older hotel but in great shape. I will definitely be staying here again in October! Thanks for a great stay…………………………..

Toilet don’t work properly Door for balcony not lock broken Unsafe to sleep Some of the stuff are not nice some are very nice But the main problem it’s the property in bad condition need maintenance ASAP I come to this place every year for Meny years no more sorry

LK hotel is on beach front. Transportation on tuk tuks easy.

BOM - the bell boy with glasses is an extremely rude person. Handles luggage in a very rough manner and while I complained to front desk he walked all the way from his desk (at entry) to the front desk and started arguing. The front desk lady did not intervene or tell him to calm down she stood there and listened to him. I asked him to carry my luggage properly and not so harshly he said quote -"I take your luggage to your room, what is your problem why you complain about me". He stared at me with an intent to Intimidate. Decent hotel located on beach road, seven eleven is approximately 10 min walk, pattaya beach is right in front of the hotel, central pattaya mall is approximately 12 minute walk. Walking Street is approximately 15-20minutes walk. Rooms are well equipped but depending on what type of room you book of course. Breakfast is decent Staff needs training - both bell boys (BOM) and for some reason their front desk staff seems dissatisfied or unhappy.

Ok Little dated but overall ok Rooms are spacious pool area not suitable for people with a walking problem Breakfast is just ok Even a large selection but food standards not great Staff doesn’t seem to like working there Which is strange for Thailand

I liked the way that property was situated and I loved the location.

The property needs renovation, my room had several areas requiring renovation or repair. I asked to see another room, but it was pretty much the same. The lobby is kept in pristine condition, but the rooms have been somewhat neglected for their upkeep.

The hotel is well located on the beach front but the hotel is very old and screaming out for updates and repairs. At first I was given a room with high voltage electric pole within touching distance from my balcony. I requested a change. Was then given a so call City view that faces a rubbish dump. The bath tub wasn't working, ceiling lights was burnt out and the room furniture was falling a part. Couldn't move out quick enough. Very bad experience for me.

I strayed there more than a dozen of time and I like the property and the service. Good location next to the beach, good breakfest, helpful and welcoming staff.
