LK The Empress Pattaya

I liked the hotel very much! Good wifi, decent size. Wonderful air conditioning! This is the deluxe beach jacuzzi room, good size bathroom and everything you need with big fridge and microwave with some utensils, staff is awesome! Best location on the beach, tons of bars ,restaurants taxi it’s all here, the balcony hangs over beach road, and surprisingly I had good sleep here , free car parking or motorbikes, easy to find, The only bad thing it’s outdated, beside that I loved it!

The hotel was excellent in every way. The location was good. Every you need within walking distance

All the hotels, not just LK, give you 6 big extremely uncomfortable pillows. They care more about photos appearance of a lot of comfort. But the pillows are never comfortable. Almost unusable. how about only 2 good down pillows instead of 6 miserable uncomfortable pillows.

Very nice hotel. Older, but well maintained. The staff on check in were amazing, but check out tried to keep a deposit over a towel that they say was removed. A towel????? Other than that, I would stay at this spot again.

Expensive at over 3,000 baht a night, hotel fixtures getting a bit dated , good pool and sauna ,great location and breakfast was 5 stars

We stayed for three nights. Although the price was reasonable, the conditions were less than ideal. The first issue was the smell. Very musty, mixed with the strong odor or insecticides. The room was not very clean, and in need of new paint/renovation. The nail in the coffin was the water. The shower was already difficult to bear, being extremely hot, no matter how it was adjusted…but there apparently was an issue with their tank, and we got disgusting dirty water out of the hot tap. It looked brown and had a ton of sediment and rust in it. Not sanitary at all. I’m supposed to bathe & brush my teeth with it?! No way! There was no effort by the staff to inform of the problem, nor did they provide additional bottled water to brush/shave with. Not good at all. My wife and 4-year old daughter were horrified. Our room was listed as a “city view” but the only view from the window was a plot of land with a single abandoned house, crumbling into decrepitude.

Needs a little maintenace compared to my stay here 8 years ago. But still a geat hotel and excellent location. The beach is literally right across the street

Perfect place to stay. Staff was excellent and always friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking soon !

Great place to stay with a large room, private balcony, and a great hot breakfast buffet. Far enough from the walking street that it wasn't overly loud, but still within walking distance.
