"Great location "

Good hotel and great location . We stayed there for 3 days and it was really nice place and good hospitality. Only issue with their breakfast which was good but not best for Indians. One of the major plus for this hotel is the location, which is very close to the beach and also the restaurant which serves the breakfast also has some tablets which are facing the sea... really value for money

Hotel staff and location is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Close to beach and shopping. Front Desk shout out to Oui for excellent service. Also helped with booking of taxi and places to go shopping where the locals go . Con: Lobby A/C is bad . If you sit there to long it can be very hot. Hotel needs to improve A/C for this area.

This place is right in the middle of two very big party areas….walk one way and you’re at walking street and the other direction is Central Mall. Plenty of food options, transportation, and shopping around. The beach is also 25 yards in front of the hotel…..just be careful crossing the streets in Thailand!

Its on best part of Pattaya beach. See thousands of boats and paragliding out window. street has dozens of Tuk Tuk for 10 baht. . Free big breakfast buffet. . Safe . I almost always stay here.

It’s in a great location, right on Beach road. Close to shopping centres and night bazaar. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was dated. Could use some upgrades. Cleanliness could be improved.

My wife and I have stayed at the Empress multiple times. It had become our favorite hotel in the region. This time the restaurant was open only for breakfast(and there was a surcharge for bacon)! The room had air conditioner issues though staff was prompt to repair it. The hotel is looking worn and needs an update. Our room was in the shorter building on Beach road. Security was very lax. Anyone could enter at night and take the elevator to the guest room floors. Staff in general remained very good. We hope to see the LK restored to its previous glory
