We were delighted with this lovely hotel - it’s spotlessly clean, newly refurbished to a very high standard and the staff are welcoming and helpful- we will be going back !!

Lovely stay in this great hotel. Ideally located for the stunning West coast of the island but yet only a short drive into St Peter Port. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Staff helpful and friendly. The Tudor bar served up tasty, fresh meals, which we sampled several times during the few days we stayed there. A real little gem.

Lovely quiet position within walking distance of West Coast. Building in need of updating which is about to happen. Staff very helpful and tasty breakfast ! Extensive grounds & sheltered swimming pool enjoyed in sunny weather.

The hotel was easy to find from the airport. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful when we checked in and she showed us to our room. The room was clean and tidy although it could do with a refresh in terms of decoration, the bathroom was up to date. The hotel staff were excellent and attentive. The food is also great, especially the breakfast which is an all you can eat buffet style. We didn't eat another meal until the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, a taxi was booked for our trip back to the airport and the hotel even supplied us with a Guernsey Gauche when we asked where we could buy one. The hotel is having some work done currently but we were not disturbed by the builders at all. When the pool bar is finished that area on a hot day will be great.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very accommodating to all our needs with a quiet space to relax. They were even able to allow us to stay an extra night when our ferry was cancelled

Lovely hotel and location, staff very attentive and helpful. Very good breakfasts but bar food was a bit boring. Restaurant was closed while we were there unfortunately so cannot say if this would have been better.

The staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The ameneties were perfectly fine, the decor a little dated, but honestly everything was clean and well kept. The staff were really the highlight.
