Very happy with our time in the Hotel. Friendly efficient staff and service.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was well situated. However, the walls are very thin. From our room we could hear our neighbours talking and even snoring.

Spent a lovely night at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Wasn't too impressed with the evening meal, my partner had a chicken Kiev and needed a steak knife to get at it and my chicken was over cooked. The room was lovely in a quiet area. I would stay there again.

Not impressed. The food in the bar was lovely it is just a shame the rooms were so disappointing

Helpful and polite staff. Clean, adequate room. Good location for bus walking to the coast. Breakfast mediocre but ok. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is lovely, an old Guernsey granite building. The staff are wonderful from my arrival through the room care staff to my 5 am departure all catered for with warm, friendly and professional attitude. Fantastic 6 star to the staff. Channel Hotels maybe polish this gem with some redecoration and upgrade to new with regard to bath room, furniture and carpets. That said it was all clean and unbroken.

Very friendly and comfortable, although the family room could have been a little bigger. For a small hotel breakfast could be cooked to order, food always tastes like plastic when rests for too long under the heat lamps.

all facilities were very good. Our room was excellent, very spacious, daughter s not so good, a tad small! Would like to return next year and see the finished area around the swimming pool.it looks to be stunning. Would certainly recommend it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very dated with avocado shower, no fan which made it and the room smell damp. Décor very dated. Main problem was with people above - every time they moved the floor creaked loudly and as they got up in the middle of the night, and then early morning it was very disturbing. On the plus side the bed was huge.
