I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked this room for a night as a stop over on our way to Sydney. Room is pretty basic but large (in the past we stayed at Ibis Budget which is really small so I'm surprised that this one has a pretty large space despite the price). We just paid around 140 AUD for a night. We had a comfortable stay... Only negative is they don't have a rote to the tv so my son was not able to use it. Oh, btw if you're arriving late, you should notify reception as they close early.

Rooms need to renovatefld. Staff are good

The facility is awesome and the rooms are excellent only the tvs are not really good smart tv with Netflix would be nice and the parking needed to improve more area for parking. Staff are very accomodating and friendly…

Have stayed here many times as convenient to family in need of a makeover but building going on next door Once completed and a Reno it could be a very good vale sta
