Basic but clean and located where we needed to be

Service was excellent, check in was so easy and friendly. Huge room, I feel we got a free upgrade, thank you Ramada. The care of their guests shows.

Great location for my visit and very helpful having the shops right next to the property.

Basic room but suited our needs. Bed comfortable. Room, though basic, was clean.

The rooms look a little tired and in need of updating

Well located - flat 5 min walk to large Westfield complex, 7 min drive to University of Canberra, where I was attending for the week. Probably would have been about a 20-25 min walk to UC and there is a footpath all the way, but there are a couple of hills that would have to be walked up to get there. Property itself is a little dated but the rooms were clean enough (just). The grounds were very untidy with rubbish in the carpark and grassed areas unmowed. As a Mum who looks after everyone all week, I was looking forward to coming back to the hotel every night to my bed being made by someone else as happens in other hotels, but I had to make my own bed☹️. It’s a small thing, but it would have helped me to feel much more comfortable and would have earned another star from me. I booked about 2 months in advance and the price was reasonable for what was on offer. I would have been very disappointed if I’d paid more. Best to book with the property direct rather than a 3rd party booking site. I booked and paid in full, then realised a month later that I needed to reduce my stay by 1 night. Because I hadn’t booked directly through the property, they said they could not adjust the booking and refund me for the night I left early. Overall, fine if you only need a place to sleep.

Required a room with double bed. Given a room for 3. Room at far end of corridor. Construction next door not supposed to start till 7am, but started by 6.30am.

The water went from hot to cold on repeat in the shower no matter what you did.

We found the motel was really convenient as far as location and eating. The fresh food markets were across the roads and Westfields shopping centre 5 mins walk up the road. The motel is old and decor tired but it was reasonable rates and clean which is all you need.

Clean, quiet, shower good height for tall people. Handy spot, right next to newly updated Belconnen Market for cafe coffee etc in the mornings. Would definitely stay again.
